What worm is this?

Large roundworm or capillary worm? My 4 month old chicken has gotten progressively sicker over the last 6 days - off balance, tail down, leg weakness. I found a worm in her poop yesterday and started her on Safeguard this morning. My understanding is that the dosing is different for large roundworms vs capillary/thread worms so I’m hoping someone can identify.
I have a video but it looks like videos aren’t permitted?

Looks more like roundworm to me. Mine had it before and this website was helpful in treating it. They have stuff you can get for them at Tractor Supply.
