My budgies, I names like Bam Bam, (male) female is Pebbles, Bam Bam passed away, but Pebbles loves hanging out with my cockateils, every night the get out, and its so funny seeing a little pepples chasing the teils off the sofa, then after that happens and the teils knows who is boss LOL, they sit together and eat together. I give them a plate of food, when we have dinner, we are part of there flock. (Healthy food, rice, whole wheat bread, veggies no salt and butter just stuff like that, you will find out you have a better bond with you feather friend.
Ok names, at first I wanted them to rhyme, so if one is getting yelled at like chewing on the wall or they are being very quiet, which means troubles lol but I really love these names, some of have passed away. Ok are you ready?
SNUGGLES, TUGGLES, TRUFFLES,BUBBLES, BAFFLES, NUGGLES RUFFLES, DAZZLES (HE SINGS TO HIS FOOT LOL) CUDDLES GIGGLES, (LOVEBIRD) CHRIPY HIS MATE IS A COCKATEIL SCUFFY LOL BOTH MALES, GIZMO, DIGGER, BOOTS, REMMEY ...SHOTGUN ONLY BECAUSE HE LOOKS LIKE HE CSME OUT OF A BARREL OF A SHOTGUN, BUT HE SO CUTE!
Hubbles, huggles, zippy, Gibby,Ziva. Duckie (NCIS FAN) sweets, sugar, latte (umm coffee name) snowball, Casper, mocha, star, peaches, baby, (cockatoo name Lady) Bee Bee, handraised him and his sister, Skippy right out of the egg (cockateils), beaker, dabble,
Lol got more but see if you like any of these
Take care sherry:)

Wasn't thinking anything quite as rhyming as that.
I was thinking like Priscilla for a female, Aquila for a male,
Or something a little more kind of original or dignified

But what do you think of the names I have so far?

Those sounds good, sometimes just watch and see a name that fits her /his actions
I have a teil (just weaned) hubby was calling her Nipper lol and am like umm I don't know lets see. LOL will that little girl fit her name!!!! NIPPER, she loves to jump on your shoulder, nip your ear and bite your glasses then run like heck!!!! Its to funny so her name was perfect Nipper.
Sometimes she will try to nip the older teils, just to test what pecking order she has with them. She does this on the back of the sofa, about 6 teils, just taking it easy gets nipped on the foot, from nipper and the older ones start to move away and away untill nipper has them all at one of the sofa its really, she isn't mean at all but young and wants to see where she fits in with the others.
Well coupke of nights ago nipper meet her match!!!! Its called pay back!!!! Nipper was sleeping on the back of the sofa, and here comes this green tiny (very sweet BUDGIE!!!) YES A BUDGIE named pepples she was nipping nippers toes and chasing her back and forth on the sofa, of course Nipper ran to dad!! The whole night nipper stayed with her daddy as pebbles went back to another spot just to hang with her freinds lol cockateils!! I swear nippers bubble bursted, she was quiet, not nippy, and was safe with her daddy (my hubby)
untill the next night, then it was back to to being NIPPER, just a very funny story, which you will have plenty with your feather friend.

Yes I breed, cockateils for a hobby not for a business, to many parrots need forever homes, but if someone that needs me to feed a baby bird, I just say bring them here!!! I love raising them and teaching them that humans are part of their flock, my dream is handraising a macaw, lol no not to keep but watch it grow, play and teach them about humans being there flock. One day that dream might happen. But I do love cockateils and raising them they are really funny parrots
Take care sherry :)
