What would bend sheet metal?

hi! We have a chicken coop with a sheet metal roof. This morning we discovered that something has bent the sheet metal on the roof while trying to get inside. Not a bear because we have experience with bears and our coop.
They just rip open a hole in the hardware cloth!
I can’t figure out what animal other than a bear would be strong enough to bend sheet metal. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Picture and general location or a list of predators and scavengers in your area. If it's light weight sheet metal, a big coon could bend it - they can get well over 40 pounds. Some eagles and owls can get pretty heavy, but I can't picture one hitting a roof that hard. Puma maybe if the roof is heavier metal, they do like to investigate roofs sometimes.

Thanks. The metal was bent upwards, not dented as if something heavy was on it. Very strange!

Welcome!
I'm glad we don't yet have bears!
How about adding electric fencing? You do have serious predators, and it will be effective if set up right.

I have one that we were going to set up, but our neighbor decided to shoot and kill the bear. So sad!!! It’s cubs came back once but no sign of bears since then. Maybe when apple season starts.
