What would cause my ducks poop to be green

My duck has been off for day now and stopped eating today and laying around. Now her poop is neon green ,what could it be? Can’t up load a picture to show .

Probably from eating Veggie/grass - give somemore feed

She lays one egg everyday , so not sure if she is egg bound don’t see an egg from today. They eat duck pellets and layer crumbles and she is 3 yrs .
