I'm wondering what would happen if I crossed a White Crested Black polish hen with a Golden laced polish rooster?

Assuming you mean gold laced and not buff laced (they're both called gold where I am locally haha) then you'd get 100% black chicks. Probably with some with some white crests but I wouldn't expect them to be clean show-quality crests : D

Yeah golden laced. Though I do have a buff laced too. If I bread a golden laced/ white crested hen to my golden laced rooster what would happen? Would the chicks have any or all gold speckeling?

You could get all black, black with gold hackles, black with partial lacing, or anything in between.

You might get some with messy gold lacing. It depends partly on what the F1 offspring look like.

You could probably make a white crested gold laced, but I’m not sure how you would only get lacing on their backs.
