Last month during the day Iwas in town for 2 hours,it got in the run but not in the coop,bit the heads off 15 hens didn't eat the birds and left all the heads as well?My DH thinks it was a dog I know hes right what do you all think.
What would have done this?

It was between 12 and 2 in the afternoon though.
I'd say weasel of some sort. They're notorious for biting the heads off and leaving everything... They get frenzied and kill anything that moves.

I didn't know we had weasely things here(except for some people)
