What would the interest be in polish?

I'm planning on taking the first few eggs and putting them in the bator so I'll have more of the polish but after that all the eggs go to ya'll who want to buy them. I'll have to make a list and will sell 6 at a time. I'm still thinking on a good price but they are show quality birds so what would be a fair price to you guys and me?
