What would we do without ducks?

So glad we have ducks to take care of any snakes! Found a baby snake and gave it to them; they had a blast!

Yup, they swallow 'em whole. It's so funny to see them chasing each other for the grand prize! lol

When we moved into our new home we had a mouse problem because the house sat vacant for almost two years, called an exterminator who set up mouse traps (i can still hear the mice laughing!). Since i let the Duckies loose around the house we have not seen any rodents…

Yup! They prefer their prey to be alive and kicking haha... if you give something to them dead they tend to reject it

I found a dead one the other day that my husband must have mowed over. He wanted me to give it to them, I said no. Lol
I watched one of my girls snatch a frog and run around with it.
I would use those claw things too if I had to pick up a snake - live or dead.

It's good stuff haha... sometimes they will find some on their own. This one was in our pool skimmer, so we had to pull it out and throw it to them. Snakes are not really my thing — no way I'm touching one!
