What would you charge?

I would say if you have someone willing to pay you $300 a year for 15 acres of rocky unfenced sage with no water you should take it. I agree with your husband $300 a year is too much for it.

I think the OP needs to find out for sure what the potential renter wants to use it for. She said in her first post she thought they wanted to use it for raising cattle, but with how she has described it, it wouldn't be good for that....no grass, no fence and no water.
