What would you do with this?

oh ya use it.
The only thing I would do differnt is make a nesting box for your hens to lay eggs, auto feeder through the wall that will hold enough feed for a few days, and water storage with chicken nipples so you don't have to change poopy water. Make it all ecessable fro out side the coop area.
But that's me, I like to keep things as maintenence free or low mantainence to were I don't have to go in their area as much.

I think maybe you want the coop door to the outdoors to open outward rather than in. That makes it easier when it's time for the big clean up.

I am totally jealous that you have such a nice building to start with, all those great window, all that space!

Thanks for the outdoors-open advice, HelenB, you're the second person to mention that.
The door was hammered shut and without hinges, so I'll have to take a good look and see if I can't hang it to open outside.
