~What would you do???~

Okie, she's in her coop in a nestbox that's seperated from the rest of the flock.

I put them under her. I'll keep a close eye on her and play it by ear.

I agree. Have a brooder ready and remove the first chicks that hatch asap. When the second batch hatches, put the first chicks back in with the hen.
 
That's good, keep her separated. Make sure the chicks cant get out away from her when they hatch as chicks well hatch sometimes early under a hen.
Be ready you'll be fine and you may be able to put the first chicks back with her if you do it at night.
