Keep the chicks separate and have someone come and feed them

And if you are gonna pay the kids to help with the chickens, don't pay them till your home, seems most are in a hurry nowadays. "What do I care, I already got paid and they are just stupid old birds anyway... so ill just do it super fast so I can get back to playing my game.." Also tell them that if they see a older man that he's your father and will be checking on the house. Maybe they will do a better job if they think there's a chance they'll be caught not doing a good job on your chickens. Just my 2 cents.

Ok, I guess my last reply got over looked some how.

Like I said my dad is going come to our house and take care of everything now. We are not going have the boys come over to feed and care for the chickens.
