silkymom!!! WOW!!!! I love love love the chimes! Perfect SSS gift for me! With the new "front porch" on the coops I was looking for some chimes to hang there. Also love the plate, too. But, really you couldn't have done any better than the chimes. Perfecto!

She does not have a hiding spot in her cage. I will give her one. I am thinking of naming her Monster, b/c...well she is one. She has gotten out of her cage many times and will actually chase you across the yard to bite and scratch you. She is not friendly at all. When we bought her she was pretty docile, so I really blame us. I'm just not sure what we have done to make her like this. We handle one of the Bucks the most. He is just super lovable.
I'll try those things though, and let ya know how it goes. She is really pretty, just not friendly.

I would trade some of my yard plants... if I knew how to package them to make the journey through our crazy postal service.

I have lots of stuff that needs dividing up and thinning out.

Im trying to figure out if and how to get lavander splits or starts or whatever as I have huge bushes of it ready to take over everything else out side my kitchen window

You can get some of those triangular priority boxes free at usps.com. Keep the roots wet and put them in a box. Easier than most other stuff to ship.

I sent Nat (sonew) some daylilies last year. Dug them in the morning, washed the roots clean, let them air dry in the shade until afternoon, put the roots in damp (not soaking wet) paper towels, put a plastic bags over the roots/paper towels, put in a box with enough newspaper/plastic shopping bags to keep them from moving and mailed them Priority before the PO closed. She said they arrived in great condition...........Nat, How are doing now?

Jim, How do you send your hostas?....bareroot or potted?
