Well thank you I needed that laugh Im so sore its been a very busy couple days. I also want to give you koodos for trying so hard to pick up after your dog. People around here let there dogs go anywhere and dont do anything aboutit. We have a park that provides trash cans in like all corners and supplies doggie bags and people still dont pick up after there dogs. A few weeks ago a lady here and we arnt sapose to even have dogs let her dog go right on the side walk infront of the mail box and never picked it up . I get it in my lavander some times Im always tempted to go scoop it up and put it right on there door step without a bag

I know exactly how you feel.... I keep my animals home.... and my big 80 lab is on a leash when we go for walks cuz he doesn't like our neighbors.. EVEN though.. we live in the woods.. I still don't let him poop in of their yards or driveways.... BUT let me tell you... NONE of my neighbors use a lease and their dang dogs POOP in my yard .... something wrong with this picture I tell you.

The poop is EXACTLY why we got rid of our last dog. The deal was my daughter had to take care of the puppy & clean up after it. Needless to say, didn't happen, and with all the birds I don't have time for a dog too. Puppy went to a very nice home with 3 teenaged girls who dolled her up like a baby & spoiled her. Now the only headache is getting my daughter to do her chicken chores. I'm too tall to walk into our 4 ft coop comfortably, so watering is her job....yeah, right

Oh my goodness :p You guys have sure been talkative. I'm still breathing, just feel like crap. Had to have surgery so I have been laying around alot lately.
Hope everyone is doing great.

This morning's freak out: I was in the barn and felt something crawling me. It was a BLACK WIDOW! I don't think she had time to bite, but I'm still watching for symptoms of a bite. Just in case you ever have a close encounter with a BW, here is a link with more info about what you should do.

Black Widow and Brown Recluse Spider Bite First Aid

ewwww...... I don't like Spiders. Especially the big ugly mean ones. Glad you caught it crawling on you before it was too late.

I swap with local people when they want eggs, and have baked goods that my boys want/like, or honey. My 5 year old is an allergy sufferer, and the local person with honey inboxes me that she wants eggs, or I do the same. I am meeting her today to swap. If the price is not the same we give the difference in cash, or kindness. I am no stranger to giving away watermelons, or vegi/herb plants from my garden to someone that can put them to use. I believe that the kind thing you do in life do come back to you, even if not from the source that I had given the kindness. Spread the love, but maybe make it local and know what you are getting, so it stays fun.
