Prayers have been and will be said for your DH, and for you as you care for him. My SonIL is stationed in North Little Rock and I've heard you've got a great heart hospital in your area so my prayer is the doctors will find the problem quickly and be able to resolve it. My father is currently in rehab after heart surgery and it has been hard on my Mom traveling back and forth and stressing over him. Please remember to take care of yourself while taking care of him.
I am hoping for a quick recovery for your father and hoping your mother can get some rest soon

I'm out of town on the phone so I'm just going to send kisses to everyone who's having troubles.
kisssssssss. Kissssssss. Kisssssss.[/quote

Praying for everybody.

Did you get your eggs before you left?]

I hope everyone has help from good family and friends around them. I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for my family and friends. They drove me home, took me to get feed, unloaded it all, helped to feed and water the chickens, and brought me back and forth to the hospital (over an hour away). I couldn't have done it without them.

and prayers to all of you dealing with health issues of yourself and your loved ones. I hope you get good news soon!

Michelle, I am sure you have calmed down by now and someday you will laugh about the soap incident. I do like the idea of the toddler designer soap.

One night when I was working, I received a phone call from DH (who was supposed to be watching the children). My then 3YO son had got hold of a red sharpie and decided to redecorate our kitchen. From the looks of it when I got home, he must have been at it for at least 10-15 minutes. All of our cream cabinet fronts and the floor had red artwork all over them. Luckily, the cabinets were cheap melamine ones that came clean (I can't remember what we used), but the floor, well, it needed to be replaced anyway.

And they wondered why he didn't know how to use scissors when he went to preschool!

My kids and I had a wonderful virtual shopping trip with UncleTommy the other day when he was in the garment district. He emailed me pictures of the fabrics and my kids picked which ones they wanted to use for a sewing project. They are both taking sewing at the homeschool co-op this term. My son is getting a beautiful chicken print (what else!) and my daughter is getting a wonderful horse print. I can just imagine all the fabrics he had to go through! You seamstresses will have to stalk him if he offers it again. Great Fun! Thank you, Tom!

Anybody have a guess on what kind of geese I have. I picked up a quad over the weekend last week and I got 1 grey & white male with blue eyes and 3 grey females. The lady said they were mixed. She had no clue what they were.
