I just checked all the birds before going to bed and just saw the darndest thing, I put my two buttons together for the first time today and the older button 8&10 weeks maybe picked on the little 4 maybe week old a little and I thought ignored him the rest of the time.... Well when I checked on them the little one was NO where to be found but the big one was sitting there looking at me and all poofed up so I turned the cage a little and slap me nakkied and steal my clothes, there was the little button sticking his little face out from under the big one. ... What on earth should I make of that? ? Darned cute though.

Sounds like the older 1 is a hen & wants to be a mommy...LOL

I go back and forth on weather bitty betty ( big button) is a girl or boy, she has never laid and egg but she has never crowed ether, she growels lol and its pretty funny but no crowing and no eggs

Baby Button (never seen a color like this on a button that I can remmber I think baby button is very pretty/handsome
For size comparison
Baby button barely fits but Bitty lets him cuddle up under her sometimes but not all the time its to cute though. I wish I would have gotten a picture of baby's face peeking out like last night it was really adorable.

I have seramas but don't ship chicks, they are just too small.

I agree they are just too fragile. I sometimes ship eggs, but right now they aren't laying.

Do any of you that ship chicks have Serama?

I do ship serama but I wait until they are 2-3 weeks old as they are too tiny and fragile to ship as day old and even week olds. I only ship express mail on all of my chicks too. I never ship Priority on live chicks anymore it is just too risky. If you are interested I have a bunch in the brooder right now that just hatched but will be able to be shipped in a couple of weeks.
