Oh, I'm so sorry about that. I'll definitely pray for your Dad and your whole family.

Susan, That is what makes this community so great....we can come here and tell everyone our troubles or sorrows and they will be saying prayers or sending good thoughts or positive energy out to us and our loved ones.

I want to thank all of you who did just that for my Dad. He was able to go home on Saturday and is so happy to be eating my Mom's cooking again! His cardiologist says he is doing great and won't need anymore surgery unless something changes. He does need to keep up the exercise program to continue to strengthen his heart. Thank you again for keeping him on your mind and in your prayers!

Pauletta, How's the DH doing?

Hi guys,

Please say a prayer for my Dad. Late last week, we found out that he has 5 spots on his right lung that are cancerous. They also saw lesions on his liver. He has a PET scan tomorrow, and we will know after that whether the spots on his liver are anything to worry about. I usually don't talk about what is going on in my family, but we sure could use your prayers at this time.

Susan
Prayers to you and your family

There may be other ways of getting (giving) an ovation, but one way is by hitting the like (thumbs up) button at the bottom of each post.

The ovation is your record of how many "likes" you've received from the posts that you post. I guess they want us to know if we are popular or not. So, if you really like what someone has said, have found it helpful, informative, etc., etc., etc., click "like" at the bottom of that post and it will go on their record as an "ovation." I'm sure you know that the "like" button is the green thumbs up button at the bottom of each post right next to " Multi, "Quote, and Reply.
