OK, I am having a brain cramp. Who all have I bought, traded, swapped etc some French Black Copper marans from..

When I collect eggs I have a sharpie in my basket. I mark the eggs at each pen before I move on to the next. When DH does it he brings them in and says I think this one came from the pen out back and this one from the A frame and this one............It's a guessing game. I try not to let him collect eggs if I can help it at all.
Those partridge look like what i've gotten. I don't know why some turn out so light but I know they're coming from my girls with the most gold on them. This winter i've gotten partridge from a couple different people so i'll be replacing my roo and those two ladies with all the gold. Here they are
I want all my partridge to turn out blue partridge. Ssomebody told me the light ones are buff partridge. That was the first time i've ever heard of that and I wish I could remember who it was but I presonally prefer the blue partridge. Although the hen on the bottom is very pretty.

Does anyone use HP60 ink? I didn't realize I had bought the wrong size until I opened the package and pulled out my used cartridge

. So I have a black brand new but opened HP60.

I wouldn't replace that hen on the bottom Edna, I am gonna guess and say she is the mother of my very pretty partridge chick that has a huge top knot. I will try to get better pics of her today for you.

Blue Partridge showgirl sitting on all eggs laid, so I don't know who they belong to. Both yellow chipmunk, one a showgirl, one a silkie...which stumps me. Isn't showgirl x showgirl - 100% showgirl? I don't know how I got a silkie

. The one silkie we have has not acted sexually mature yet.

She's a good mommy, lets me pick her up and look at them without freaking out. Can't wait for them to get out and move around.

I prefer the books, and I watch the series, but I treat it like it is just a parallel world or something. I don't have cable at all so I netflix them too.

I have her other series on my ereader, but I haven't made the time to read them.

My daughter has had a hand in naming most of ours. My BLSW pen is the Elvis Presley pen. My mother-in-law is a huge Elvis fan and I was thinking of names either before or after a visit to her. The names are based on color, the girls are either Lisa, Marie, or Pricilla, the roosters will be King, Elvis, and Presley.

The Bantam Orps are named after Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner.

The EE's are a hodgepodge of names...the rooster is Fluffy. The 3 hens that I names are EE's I picked up from the feed store. A splash based one is Aurora, a blue/brown one is Bori, and the black with lacing is Alice. Aurora Bori Alice.

We also have an Evangaline, Black Mine, Lucy, and Renee. I love naming the EE's because I can actually tell them apart.

Read EVERY book.

Watched the series and got aggravated that it is so different.
But this little guy has Mr. Northman's attitude.
I have 2 black hens named Sookie & Tara.

I LOVE!!! the Sookie Stackhouse books! Never watched Trueblood because I don't have that channel, but I devour books by Charlaine Harris!

I don't have the channels either... BUT I have Netflix.
