Yes, very addicting. You could always try a side trade. I can't wait for the totes. My daughter is gonna use the pink one for her Dance class.

BHEP - that's awesome. Soooo many silkies with different colors. I have gotten silkie eggs from many of yall, so I have a wide variety. I L

ve then all. I just have to learn to distingush between splash, paint, blue, BBS, white, porcilian, etc. The only thing I can say is it sure is easy to pick out the sizzles from the smooth! They are just wild looking and my husband just loves those and he is NOT a big chicken fan. Let me rephrase that......he is not a big chicken fan in front of company, otherwise he is wishing each chick happy birthday, get's a hugh smile on his face when see's the eggs I collect everyday, and brags on "Big Red".

I keep telling him, I know anyday now he will come out of the closet and wear his BYC sweater I got him proudly!......... He just shook head and laughed while walking away. Ya gotta love him

Getting packages out today about 10 am. (I need my BYC time and a good cup of coffee to get motivated peeps.) Man that was some great swapping yesterday! I love it when the thread is on fire!

Yes she locked my thread because of that guy shoving religion at everyone. He was actually making assumptions about people and saying ugly things about people in general. I WAS SHOCKED. But it's over and done. At least it can still be read. That which had nothing to do with me thread. To keep it safe, my next thread will be on basket weaving in China LOLOL JK

- had 3 sicilian buttercups, 3 buff orps, and 2 FBCM born in the last two days but I really have about 60 more than need to get crack-a-lackin out of those shells today!

It's a catch-22, I've just now discovered, offering pure breed eggs in a swap versus selling them. I like you peeps, so I'll offer GLCs again when I get caught up, or for nice side swaps, but when you can get actual money for them it's difficult to swap 'em. Thanks for all of you that do offer such nice hatching eggs and have offered them to all of us for so long!!!! Sales help pay for chicken feed though, we have to remember that!

Ain't that the truth... I have been fortunate to be able to sell my eggs using CL adds & word of mouth, all locally. It is nice to see the cash...right before I give it to the feed store.

Yoda..... the plan is to coop up the D'Uccles as soon as I can find a spot to put them.

I will be selling my GLP, so should have a coop available soon. They are super cute & friendly. I just love these little birds. I will miss them under my feet when I walk out to the barn.

Exactly! I swapped them for a while but then having as many ad I do...I have to sell them most of the time...i do love swapping them when I can though! Summer...look out..thats when I stop selling and swap them
