I'm outta swaps and was fixing a coop, tired of waiting for the guy to come finish the divider, did it myself. Also was smoking some sausage for my father in law's 80th birthday. Looks like he's about 60. His mother lived to be 104!! Good for me that he's a really nice fellow.

Pauletta, you do realize that if your turkey is a "broad-breasted" bronze he will (most likely) grow very fast and not live very long, right? If it is a regular bronze, he will be okay though.

No sunny day here. It was supposed to be a light dusting of snow, but we've gotten 6" and more coming. Ugh!

I guess I was assuming it was standard. But I honestly have no idea. Well, he has already won my heart so all I can do is take care of him now. If he is BBB how long do they normally live? At least 2-5 years? I'm okay with that.

Gonna take another nap. Volunteered at the school this past week and one of those 1st graders gave me the flu. Trying to work around it but it's time for another nap and meds. No energy. Seriously ready for some swapping but kind of out of energy. Maybe tomorrow.
