Hi,

Yes we are interested in swapping duck eggs, homebaked artesian bread, Freshwater Angelfish, for Maran or Colored Eggers. Just getting started in chickens, but my husband knows alot about chickens as he grew up on a farm and they had chickens and ducks and other farm animals.

I'll be watching the swap thread for your offer. The only eggs I have right now are possibly not purebred. I have two leghorn roos and three Ameraucanas. I haven't seen the Ameraucanas breeding the leghorn girls (they hate those boys for some reason), but cannot guarantee purebred leghorns anymore. I'm getting cornish cross eggs, but again, they're covered by leghorns and Ameraucanas (they're not picky about the boys, and let the injured leghorn roo and the three Ameraucanas breed them freely) and one blue egg laying hen has given me two eggs over three days (but she's silkie/ameraucana covered by the Ameraucana boys). The only pures I can guarantee here are the pekin ducks, at least until we move, which won't be for awhile. I'll have coturnix eggs and tuxedo button quail eggs, but the eggs haven't arrived yet, so that will be a few months for them as well. :/

I am still looking for goat feed sacks must be excellent,stiff and straight,i want the ones with animals only ,like nobel and nuterna with the sketches,also horse oats nuterna and sheep /lamb. I am also looking for the old cloth feed sacks with good color and print. thx everyone

I have several racehorse oat bags. Do you have a rooster/chicken pattern on that embroidery machine of yours? What else besides dragons?

Yes, I do and they go through tons of snacks especially when my stepdaughter comes to visit she packs bags to take home with her.

I cant imagine how much food some of you go thru in snaks alone with as many kids as you have , I have one boy and he can go thru what I consider a weeks worh of snacks in about 1-2 days

I bought a gallon of icecream and 2 packages of cookies and they're gone in 3 days. I made chocolate filled cream puffs tonight and they'll be gone tonight. The 4 year old had one of his hour long temper tantrums so he don't get goodies tonight. Maybe there'll be a cream puff or two left after all.
