This is the chat thread.

We brought in the new year with a bang. We didn't do any partying but we (which means me, DH and our grandsons) watched New Year Rockin Eve. they did a tribute to Bob Clark. Ryan Seacrest will be taking it over now that Bob Clark passed away. Anyway we had some fireworks left from July and DH put 100 bottle rockets in a bucket with newspaper in the bottom and we had 2 of those sparkler thingys thaa fly up in the air and go off so thats what we did.. We didn't have the launcher pole for the sparkler thingies so the first one he put a cone over it so it wouldn't go flying at us and it blew up the cone and the second one he put in a PVC pipe. It jumped out onto the ground and the sparkler thingies inside it went everywhere. I'm glad it rained most of the evening so everything was good and wet so no fires would start.

We have 3 neighbors and only 1 was, i repeat WAS asleep. Then there where the little farther off neighbors that got in their cars to come see what the explosions where.

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYBODY I hope this turns out to be a better year.

OH Darn! We didn't even think about the guns. With the price of ammo going up it probably wouldn't have been a good idea. Would have been fun though.

Ray was nice to me he didn't join in on the fun

One of my neighbors has those small cannons (very not nice when you are sick)
Another has the AKA type. Again not very nice.
I would have liked to postpone being sick though.

All we have around here are guns for hunting but they're still loud. I hope you get to feeling better.

Thank you, I am getting there. I had an allergic reaction to red yeast rice. Didn't realize it the first time so after I got better, I started taking it again so this reaction was worse.

When i took red yeast rice it did not do a thing for me.I did find out the satin drugs are made with red yeast rice,i can nolonger take them cause of many reactions,be careful
