Well I have to get em all hatched and big before december,it gets realy bad here the closer it gets to January.There will be no chickens in the house this winter.

I am going to finish my insulated room in the barn so hopefully I can keep it heated and won't need chicks in the bathroom. I just love hatching so I don't plan to stop unless I have to. I have quite a few birds that should start laying soon. Speckled Sussex, Silver Laced Wyandottes and some assorted color Polish. Of course , I have to hatch some of those so I can prove they are fertile Oh, and I have white ameraucaunas , probably will be fall layers.
I am headed home tomorrow , so the mail lady had better get ready for those boxes of eggs! The Bator will be ON!!!
