Coldupnorth got 4 chicks from what was left of the eggs,4 yellow chicks and some with black markings on the back.The one with the most black has the most fluffy face.I will post pics after I get back.
Im helping set up for the yard sale tommorow for the new battered womans shelter.

Hey Jim I love the hostas. I've just been crazy busy. I'm not sure hooch varietal it is but it suffered a little from the rubber band. I'm hoping that the roots and care will help it out a bit. Did any of the OEs make it to lockdown or hatch?

I need to candle today and put them in lock down. Monday should be hatch day.

I'm going to try the Hovabator as a hatcher again. I know all to well about being crazy busy.
The Hostas should be fine. Some people cut the leaves off before shipping. I don't like to do that, though.

HELLO IRENE:

Lone little chick that hatched today, I've been saving broodies in case we lose power. I have lots of eggs in the incubator. I have 4 ...well now 3. If I need to I may pull the chick and hope she stays on the eggs.

Got my eggs from Ann today. All 14 made it safe and sound and in 2 days. Yipee. I guess there was a bright side to today.
