Hey Nat have you had any issues with your Lav Ameraucanas going broody? I have a friend that's a breeder and she's been going a little crazy with their broodiness. I have three hens but thy aren't laying yet so I have no base for comparison. Just curious!

Got my Dellie eggs from FarmerJohn and my blrw egg. Just put them in the bator. ALSO Got a pip on my august mystery eggs. I have 5 left!

Good Lord I hope they dont go broody! They are red as red can be and Im patiently waiting for their eggs!!! They have been in and out of the nesting boxes all week-squatting etc...Just a matter of time! MY BLRW are another story! PIA's I love them dearly but good grief they are broody more often than not!

I have a laying flock! We heard a ruckus earlier but it didn't seem like she was going to do anything. Went out now and there are two eggs! She went under the ramp so I better get the nesting box put up.
