I'll have to see if I can make enough of them but wanted to see if there was possible interest. I dried some of the pears from our tree this morning after soaking them in a spiced honey-bourbon simple syrup and they're pretty ridiculous! If I can dry enough would they be potential swap material?

That and I'm making different pear butters as well like red currant and rasp pear butter, spiced honey-bourbon pear butter, spicy ginger pear butter...... maybe a butterscotch or blackberry..... we'll see what I can work up.

They're all organic no chemicals!

omg yumm! I was wondering if anyone would be interested in very rare aged fig vinegar. I just put up some flower girl dresses if anyone is getting hitched. I've put them on Craigslist but they're too fancy for the three people a year who get married here.
