Yes.. I have SL & WCB all are 6 months old. I am impatiently waiting for them to start laying. The boys are MORE then ready.

I also have a young pair of BL and some young chicks.
I will keep you posted. missred & kalicopoodles are both waiting.

Unrelated: I hatched some button Quail on 7/11. They laid 2 eggs today

I didn't even realize they were old enough to lay... I have not even separated them. I don't even know who are male & female

They are tiny little buggers and their eggs are like jellybeans. Now to pull out all the old bird cages from the attic and at least separate them by color.

been there..claritin too:( 2 kinds of 25$ bacterial and fingal shampoos--grain free feed 50$ for 24 lbs...This was the first step I took to avoid the step I am taking now. It didnt work:( now to this..if this doesnt work allergy testing 700$ and they find out exactly what hes allergic too to create a special formula just for him to be given by shots ( by me) once every 3 weeks:(

Nat my little fox terrier is allergic to certain dog foods and to scraps. I put him on a rice & lamb type food and he stopped having seizures. Have you tried giving him food that don't have meat, chicken, or corn in it. I would try lamb, barley, rice foods to see if that might make a differance. Good Luck with him.

aww sorry about your baby:( yes we have tried 4-5 different kinds of feed.. what the vet said and 4 other hugely expensive kinds that did nothing:( You should see him..I even got drugs to almost knock him out so I could shave him down to his skin...has to scrub him head to toe because his skin is SOOOO bad and smelly had to get to the gross stuff..Poor bugger I shaved him down 6-8 times a year but the vet said to go right to the skin and bath him good for the next 4 weeks while on this med to help with his yeasty smell....

Oh man. Sorry to hear about that. I found a new food that walmart carries very cheap to and it works good for him. No seizures since on the food. It's called: Purina One: Beyond Lamb & Whole Barley Recipe

Looks just like this at walmart: http://www.wag.com/dog/p/Purina-ONE...ampaign=google&ci_src=14110944&ci_sku=NTP-290

This reminds me of My Big Fat Greek Wedding:

Aunt Voula: What do you mean he don't eat no meat?
[the entire room stops, in shock]
Aunt Voula: Oh, that's okay. I make lamb.

Went to an open house at Legg's Peafowl Farm today. What an amazing assortment of birds he has developed, over 70 varieties of peafowl alone and numerous other birds. He is famous for his knowledge of genetics and developing new colors. I couldn't resist and came home with a pair of Blue Partridge Showgirls and a Modern Game cockerel (pet for DD). I'm beside myself excited to get those blue partridge! Told DD these two are mine! LOL now to find elegant names for them.

WHEW!

Thank you for going and getting them. I was worried they were going to be there until Tuesday.
They were there at 7:30 am ,there wasn't a good reason they did not get on the truck to you.
Good Luck and Happy Hatching.
