The insurance doesn't cover them getting broken. It should though but I understand why not. Then there would be some people that wouldn't take such care when protecting the items to keep them from getting broken. I would imagine those that are dishonest in the first place would send broken items just to collect the insurance. Although FRAGILE means whats inside is breakable and they should be careful with them instead of just tossing them around. I feel that if you ship something priority to ensure it gets to where it's going by 3 days it should do just that or they should refund the shipping price even if it takes 4 days to get to it's destination. But they say it's just an estimate, which is a crock of feces.
