I spend entirely too much time on here. I had a dream last night that corancher had the perfect partridge silkie up for auction and I was so lucky to have won the auction and I got it for $10.00.

I found a lady on craigslist that has a pair of WCB Bantam Polish for sale for $10. I have to go pick them up tomorrow morning at 10 am. They are 3 months old. Now if I could find a couple more.

Its official, the incubator is off! Got 4 buff orps out of debs eggs, I also picked up some chicks from a lady in the country, just so the chicken math would come out ok. Maybe i'll think about hatching again after these are outside...

I showed my Wellie egg to my MIL and told her she could use it if she wanted but I wanted to see if it had a bullseye. She wrinkled up her nose and said she would pass because "it isn't a normal egg chicken, is it?" I laughed and tried to explain it was normal but she wouldn't hear of it because it is so dark. Some people just make you laugh. She said "you better just sell that one or send it to somebody. I said when they are in their breeding pen and pure I will.

I just have to share a pic of my handsome roo. We got him as a three week old chick along with four others, and my sister picked this one for me to keep. Of course he turns out to be roo, but I just can't bare to give him up! Ain't he purdy?
