A lawyer is nothing more than a political scientist who wanted to work.
I'm one too.

I'm kinda dissapointed this morning. Candled my eggs that I had bought/swapped from 3 diff people on here, and less than a quarter are developong. One set of eggs I received had all the aircells detached! It was no fault of shippers, eggs were wrapped great, no casualties there.. Darn inconsiderate PO workers..

So, I do have chicks coming from a member here, but I am looking for more and think shipping chicks may work better for me than shipping eggs.. Im open to different breeds, as I have small flocks of breeders, and one of layers. I have a couple items that I'm not sure if someone may have interest in a equal value side swap for chicks. I love fly fishing, and have a couple of things I though maybe another lady, hubby, or child may like.
I have Orvis Waders, adult men's size sm, used once. No holes or tears that I know of, have been stored inside.

I also have an LL Bean Fly Tying Kit, with LoTs of diff feathers and whatnot. Box is in rough shape, someone said it was prob a collector item now, and what is shown is included. I have no time to fish, let alone tie flies.

Just trying to think out of the box with the swapping. If anyone is interested in either or both, please PM me and let me know the offer..

Looks like a grey. I hatched out a sizzle and a regular just like that one and it turned out to be greys. Very pretty. Unfortanetly I lost the sizzle but the others are growing up and are very pretty.

I have been getting so many scrambled, no air sack, etc. My hatches have been zero lately. If these last sets don't yield a chick, I'm done with the PO.

Thank you. I will keep an eye on her/him. Will be interesting. Sorry to hear about your baby. I had one yesterday that tried for about todays to continue breaking the shell. I noticed this morning there was no movement. The other chicks that hatch through the night were chirping and wiggle his egg. Nothing. So I took him out and it seems he shrink wrapped or just plain gave up. Poor little black silkie.

Sorry 'bout your eggs, I've had the air cell problem as well, this time I'm leaving them all in the incubator blunt end up, and not laying them down, to see if it makes a difference like many have suggested. I also stop picking them up out of the turner after day 10 candling. I'll know in a few days!

I think your items would be worth listing on the swap, I have friends that fly fish every chance they get. (they go up north somewheres...)
