That would have put HER in cuteness overload if she was a NN. When she hatched, she had a few black spots on her back. I made a lame joke about her being a paint.

My NN chick that I hatched looked like a Paint. I hatched another that looked like a Paint with a feather neck but is getting a pattern.

ColdUpNorth, you can keep that snow. We have flurries with 60 mph winds today.

Well I am sorry for ya'lls bad weather. The winds especially. Wow, that is just crazy. Please don't send it this way. We get it bad cold late January. February and March are yucky!

I received my "rocks" from happytraylz. They are beautiful. I'm always a sucker for a pretty rock; looking down when I go on hikes just in case I find something really cool. Should have been a geologist or petrologist, but then it probably wouldn't be as interesting

The great thing about weather is that it always passes at some point. The snow brightens up the winter here and it is sorely missed when we don't have any. Without the snow everything is just brown and cold. We will have the cold regardless here. Some people just call our state Minne"snow"ta.

For those with nice weather now - enjoy it for the rest of us
