Boy, Kim that's a hard one. I guess it would depend on the quality of the fabric or rarity of the print. 3 yards is probably a good place to start.

on a side note - I've seen the photo in your avatar posted on facebook like 5 times in the last week. People think it's funny.

Got my Attack Chicken sign today

the whole family loves it. Thanks!

plumber gone- now have use of our sewer line $330, cat at the vet $255- he has a lot of crystals in his urine. now on antibiotics and a special food that costs only $19 for 4 lbs. but they said that if he did not go in tonight and got worse he would have to be hospitalized. glad murray will get better.

so hopefully tomorrow will be a better day :)

Whew! What an awful, no good, rotten day! Glad it's almost over for you.

When I worked at a vet office we saw many older male cats with urinary trouble. The higher cost food is worth it compared to what vet's charge. I can't feed mine the cheap stuff at all, but the 'indoor cat' formula (not so high) seems to be working for him - no bloody urine in years. My Jack is almost 12 years old, and he is in much better health than our dog the same age.

UGG so my husbands cat just ate some of the new food - the vet said we could feed it to both of them...

well she just projectile vomited over the back side of the couch and then did it again on the floor.

SIGH..... she can only eat certain cat foods without getting sick. SIGH.

my murray is about 2-3yrs old now, but they did say urinary problems were common in male cats. and that he was one of the worst cases they have seen. poor kitty.

he's sleeping by the door. probably because its cooler there.

i'm tired... what a day.

My cat used to puke almost every day. Now I have her on AlleyCat dry food and Fancy Feast at night, and she is doing much better. She mostly pukes in my bed, not a nice way to wake up. Sorry you had a bad day MPQ. Hugs.

So sorry about your cat, glad he will be ok though. Hopefully today will be a better day for all. Woke up yesterday with no hot water, cold shower no fun! Had DH call a plumber out to find out all the pipes under our house are coroded and have to be replaced. Estimate around $2700!

And still no hot water because they can't get out until tomorrow to fix it!

Meepitqueenie: Sorry for all your trouble. I have your tried Purina One Urine Tract Health. I used it for years on my cat he used to get chronic urinary tract infections. I was taking my cat to vet every month. Nothing helped until I found that food. Not too expensive either and you can get it at walmart.

My cat is now 12 yrs old and hasn't gotten a urinary tract in yrs. But sadly to say I had him to the vet a few months ago and they said he either had cancer or his liver was going. So he is loosing his hair and pukes almost everyday sometimes twice a day.

Beth, I'm glad you liked it! I found that at Kmart and thought it was so cute!
Debi, have you gotten your pickles yet?
Kim-3 yards of fabric is a good swap, in my opinion!

If your house is one of those built in the last 7ish years, check into the Chinese drywall issue-(causes corrosion of all metals in the home inside and outside of the drywall)- a friend had everything replaced and the builder had to pay for it, even appliances. If it is an old house, well, that's the breaks, sorry!
