I went to a chicken swap today but I'm pretty sure this isn't a chicken. My rooster is sure it's an assassin sent to kill them all and he won't quit squawking about it. I may have to kill him before the neighbors do.![]()
Um, yeah, I don't see that I am expecting anything. Are you mailing me a Smoke Tree? I don't smoke, Pauletta...![]()
Sorry I missed watching you buy this. Did you rid yourself of some roos as well??
I should have just gone. Shoulda coulda woulda is the theme for this weekend.
New game @ Crossgirl's: "Rooster, rooster, rooster, DUCK! "
I hate sissy roosters and I WANT THAT DUCK!!!!!Quote:
That's dead on. The third rooster came back home. ******.I was hoping he was so scared he'd never come back. All of the chickens are terrified of![]()
that poor duck. He just wants to be close to them and they all squished themselves into a triangle shape area of the paddock and I thought my babies had been smothered. They're okay but I've found out that both of my roosters (the missing one was still MIA at that point) are a bunch of pansies. They ran screaming through the fence taking two girls with them and abandoning the rest to be massacred by the evil duck. Useless creatures. I had to go round them up in the field and put that poor duck in the broody coop. He was happy to go in and hide but hasn't come out to eat or drink. I hope they all adjust.
