I looked quickly for rules... didn't see any... please let me know if I am not following protocol! If I did I didn't do it purposefully!

Up for swap...

#1 - 2 chicken books "A Chicken in Every Yard" by Litt and Litt and "Keeping Chickens" by Hobson and Lewis. I'll ship.

#2 - 6 Guinea fowl keets, one week old, pearl and pearl pied - PICKUP IN SOUTHEASTERN MASS ONLY

I'm not even sure what I am looking to get for these, maybe some Rose Comb Brown Leghorn eggs? A metal egg basket? An egg skelter? Something old and chicken related?

The reason you did not find the swap rules is this is just the chat thread to go along with the swap thread. This is so we do not confuse people with our chatter in between swaps. )

Ok, so if I say 'mine', that person isn't necessarily who I will get something from? Someone else could say 'mine' on my items? And if someone says 'mine' on one of my items, I don't necessarily have to choose one of their swaps, but I could say 'mine' on someone else?? I have read over those rules but still a little confused...

Mine on squiggle bottom polkadot eggs (which were listed by Sonew)

My offering is on my Swap page or:
6+ Gold nugget chickens (Bantam)
6++ Fluffy floosy Hen eggs
or
10+ Tiny poo bomber eggs

Then 202RoosterLane comes along and likes the offering. She posts:
Mine on the 6+ Golden Nugget Eggs
I'll offer:
GFM (Gold Feather Membership)
or
$10.00 Paypal
or
My swap page
or
10+ Fly Eggs

So, Bhep found something she wanted that Sonew was offering. She claims it and then offers something. 202RoosterLane claimed something from what Bhep offered. Then 202RoosterLane offers something for the next person to claim. That person will in turn offer something for someone else to claim. So on and So forth )

Person A is up on swap. Person be says mine to claim person A's item. Person A pays for shipping to Person B. Person C says mine on Person B's item. Its as if the previous swaps don't exist any more. But, Person D really wanted something Person B was offering so D sends a PM to B to try to set up a side swap. The only swaps offered and accepted on the swap thread is the current swap that is offered.
