I got my first duck egg Saturday! The hen is mixed, she hatched Beth's egg on St.Pattys day. The drake is a featherlegged Blue Cayuga Drake I hatched in January from Boggy Bottom Bantams. This is the first featherlegged duck from his eggs that he knows of. I cant wait to hatch out some eggs and see if the ducklings have featherlegs, I'm guessing it might be resessive though, might take 2 breedings.

I wasn't planning on keeping them because I dont have a pond, but now that's she laying, I would like to hatch a few eggs first.
