I plan on adding/subtracting some things from my swap page sometime this week. In the meantime, I have eggs coming today from Carter's Legacy Farms. I just had some chicks hatch from some eggs from the swap, so I was taking the incubator outside to spray it down with the garden hose and get it nice and clean again. Everybody who hatches should know what I'm talking about, but you know that post-hatch "goo" from the bottom of the incubator that is a grayish-greenish color and it's kind of watery since you jacked the humidity up for the hatch? Well, that poured down my side as I was opening the back door. Yuck yuck yuck! Hubby said, "What is that funk???" Yeah, it was me.

Hi everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And thank you soooooooo much for all the love and prayers for me and my husband. It has been a crazy few weeks. For those of y'all not on my FB. Mike was to get stints,(super easy...come home the next day) but ended up with a triple bypass and a few days later had a stroke. He still has 100% and 70% carotid artery blockages but that was the least of his worries. He stayed in the hospital 13 days and he has been home for 12 days. He finally is able to walk with a cane but assisted. Though I am crazy proud and amazed with his progress. Everyday is a new day and a blessed day. He is a strong man, that's for sure! He laughs that he is a living member of the zipper club now..... LOL Needless to say we both quit smoking September 10th and never thought twice about cigs since. They actually disgust me and I am ashamed I took our lives so casual.

I read through some of your past posts about hearts and health. Wanted to let you know he had 100% blockage from one artery, 100% from another front and 85% rear. If that makes sense. LOL AND STILL had the blood pressure of a 16 year old track star the day of surgery. They also said he had massive heart damage from multiple past heart attacks. He NEVER knew of any except of course the most recent. Plus he got a men's physical every year. So this stuff is very hard to tell unless you are specifically looking for it. I suppose everyone is different but monitoring your blood pressure and cholesterol is not enough! It's a start, but not enough. Any who....we still have good days and bad days but at least we have them right? <Big Smile> Just send me a

Wanted to let everyone know I have recieved all packages, and eggs and everything is PERFECT and I love everything. Thank you soooo much!!!!! You all are so amazing to be so kind and I know Emvickery recently got her package. But I wonder if COLDUPNORTH ever did? If not I will hook you up girlfriend!!!! Just let me know.

I'm sooooo glad to hear things are going well. I know how things can seem like they're gonna be a breeze then go in the opposite direction. It happened with my brother. But he did well. He did what the doc said and he got well. I did get my swap and thank you for the extra. The PO held it for hostage for a while. When your ready for your eggs just let me know.

I got my apple butter and peach ginger butter from Sonew yesterday. They look delicious - I can't wait to try them!

I got my plumeria seeds from bnewns today. Wow! lots of seeds and so many varieties and cuttings, to boot! Thank you for the surprise. Can't wait 'til my house is filled with the scent of plumeria.
