I just want to post the following information from the rules:

When items are mailed, swapper needs to send a courtesy email or PM to the swappee to let them know that the item is on its way. All items must be shipped with tracking # and please email or PM that information to the swappee. Items other than hatching eggs should be sent within 2-3 days. Hatching eggs should be sent within a week. If you cannot meet this timeline keep in contact with your swappee so they are aware why you can’t ship.

I want everyone to know that anyone that reports to me about a swap not received within the time frame of the rules and has not had contact with the person sending the item has every right to let me know. It is not on the person receiving the item to contact the person sending other than to send their address. If the person sending the item can not send the item then it is on them to keep in contact as to when it will be sent.

Just so everyone is clear. Everyone that has contacted me about items not received have waited well beyond the time frame stated in the rules. All have been most understanding and not wanting to cause any problems on the swap. These people are not villians and should not be made to feel so.

I have asked to be contacted if anyone has problems in hopes of keeping this swap running smoothly. I hope everyone continues to feel free to let me know of problems without fear of wrath from other members.
