Well, I haven't got any eggs to swap, and can't find anything else.... sorry!

Tomorrow is labor day so there are lots of people spending time with family, not to mention that nasty Tropical Storm coming up from the gulf, the better half of us southerners are more worried about that then checkin the swap.

Yes.....many folks are out of town for the last weekend of summer so it's slow as mud right now. Don't worry about it taking time and maybe you can whip up a chicken saddle or some fabric to offer for others to make some, even good conditioned shirts or such.

We all have some nice birds with pretty feathers. Has anyone considered saving/ cleaning and offering them for crafty swappers? Would there be an interest in them? After all, the birds freely donate them with each molt and there are some nice crafts done in feathers

I wear them in my hair!!! I just put pheasant and guinea feathers in my 70 yr old sister's hair today.

And that is what I wear in mine is guinea feathers.

I don't have guinea or the laced varieties of chickens and could use some of those pretty feathers for projects. Just another item we could be swapping then?
