Just cut it up today from aging for a week.Oh so salty and yummy.
bet i could do a marinated feta.recipe says it is fine as long as it is in the olive oil.
If that is something anyone would like i can get some merinated and ship it out.the longer it sits in the oil and herbs the better it gets.
just picked up some organis herbs from the stand for it.yummy with basil and garlic
