Monty...isn't TX just great? I think it's kinda funny that we can have a "hard freeze", then the highs for the same day are in the upper 50's

I'm glad you and the kiddos love the chicks so much...it's important to find something the whole family can enjoy together, especially when the kids are in that preteen/teen stage.

hey south texan! congrats on the fine flock. we're in central tx, our birds are about 8 weeks older than yours. and we too are totally into them. we are waiting for our first egg...should be in a month or two...and hope to have lots to share...that'll be fun!
