He he he. That's what my hubby says to our rooster. What I want to know is all your geese names. So far we have Howard. But are trying to think of names for our new ones when they hatch. (Fingers crossed)

that's to funny your hubby says that I just tell mine unless you wanna be dinner you had best settle down that does the trick.

We aren't the most original in naming our geese but here goes.....Our sebbie is Fluffy, our Toulouse is Cocoa, my three roman tufted adults are Bella, Ella and Goosie, my emden is Emma and my four goslings are Minnie, Louie, Lucky and Annie.

LOL To funny.

We named our first African Darling because we couldn't come up with a name.
Today we brought home 2 sebbies and named them Spaz and Chill.
Spaz is hilarious! She is afraid of flies and freaks out, hence the name Spaz.
Chill is very laid back compared to Spaz, hence the name Chill. lol
Right now I am listening to them in the room over making a ruckus.

Okay an unexpected turn of events has brought two little tolouse goslings to us instead of my sebbies. So I need a) arguments for still getting my sebbies and b) names for these little guys.

My adult geese are named
Females - Becky & Pretty
Males - Napoleon, Tyrone & Pecky

Goslings names (so far... I don't pick out names in advance but I just name them when I think I have an appropriate name)
Pipper - female
Whisper - gender not yet known

Haha marathonmultiplesmom I have a goose named Napoleon too. Except "he" turned out to be a she.

I have 6 adult Toulouse and two goslings
The adults are Bodie, Sully (Sullenburg), Antoinette, Napoleon, Debb, Cheyenne and two goslings, Andree and Cosette.

Psh, if you don't get the sebbies then your other two will be lonely ofcourse! If you have two and you take one to a show, the one will be lonely, if you have three and take two to a show, then the one will be lonely, if you have four.....It's always the best excuse for buying more of anything.

I've had two flocks of geese, and they all have a "surname" of Peters (more about the sound they make of "peet peet peet" when they are babies). The first names have been Pinhead, Flat Top, Calliope, Melpomene, Terpsichore, Polyhymnia (all shortened to nicks of course), Chloe, Zoe, Petey and Lila.

The two I have now are Petey Peters and Lila Peters, but poor Lila usually gets called Petey Girl.

I have serious issues, I know.
