What you missed at the ALBC conference!

The conference is so great I go every year. Some go to a spa - I go to learn more about rare breeds. And I can't deny it - eat great food. They have had rabbit on the menu in the past. I'm sure they will again.

I would have never gone to a conference like that, sat there for several days, eaten the heritage meats (vegetarian here) but you described all that you ate, learned, saw, the people you met, etc. etc. that I enjoyed the full report and felt that I had actually BEEN there with you -- thanks!!

(In my opinion, bleu cheese is one of the world's greatest delicacies -- and the kind you sampled sounded especially good!)
