I was reading about this on the emergences page and it concerns me. I have 19 hens and I am just trying to be well informed incase I even run across this. SO what is internal laying? How do you know if your hen does this? What is the treatment for it?

THANKS

Basically that the eggs don't come out anymore and instead of going on way the right way, end up going backwards and collecting in their abdomen. Other than a hysterectomy or hoping the bird's reproductive system stops, culling is often the best solution.
