Whatcha Making for Supper?

Hooters fed us tonight.

Halloween night is my favorite night for Hooters to feed me. In a previous life I photographed the occasion at a restaurant for the dressed up guests and the waitresses. It was a Hoot.

Roast Beast, potato with gravy, carrots will be the vegetable.

flounder fillets, mac and cheese, summer squash ratatouille and a salad.

We had pork tenderloin and peas, rice for the guys

I think I'll use my last egg of the day and make a couple of fried salmon patties. I think I can find enough leaves on my little kale plants to make a salad, with a couple of fresh carrots, yellow wax beans and tomatoes. It's nice having a garden!

Edit: no salmon, just a big garden salad with a little cheese.

Diners good afternoon one and all!

I'm not sure what I'll be fixing for supper, I know it will be soft or liquid food for me and I'll have to see what he wants for supper.

I've been so busy this week that I'm having to catch up on BYC today.

Temperature is in the 80s and cloudy.
