It's cooling off enough to enjoy a pot of chili mac. Not sure if it's going to be with or without some long grain rice tonight.

DH will have goulash made with leftover spaghetti sauce. Not sure what I’m having, possibly simple baked Cod. Salads we didn’t eat last night and garden veggies.

I went to the store to stock up on some things and got a deal on chicken thighs. I slow fried them in a skillet and have them draining on cardboard now. I poured the rendered chicken fat into my little Tupperware container to use for frying eggs.
