Whatcha Making for Supper?

If you don't mind sharing would you give the recipe so we can try it.

Sounds good.
It's just making Velveeta shells and cheese and then heating up a can of Dennison's chilli and I always put the Velveeta in the bowl first and put the chilli right on top. Then it's time to chow down. I call it "lazy cooking".

I just sorted through 5 cups of dry pinto beans, washed them and have them soaking overnight. They'll go into my pressure cooker early tomorrow morning along with a meaty hambone, onion, garlic, herbs and spices. I freeze them in 2 cup containers and thaw them as needed.

I've gotten in the habit of eating around a cup of cooked beans each day. Good source of vitamins and minerals. This batch should last me a couple weeks.

Chicken cacciatore with chicken thighs. Lots of tomatoes and mushrooms. Very tasty! I'd never made it before.

We'll be having tacos tonight. We didn't have them last night as we usually do, because we had the tri tips thawed for cooking. Going out to eat on Monday shifted the weekly menu. Well, no matter. We love tacos in this house!

I have gotten pretty good at making the corn tortillas now. That makes such a difference!!
