Whatcha Making for Supper?

Change of plans. No tomato soup. I picked the last of the rattlesnake beans from the garden and three little patches of carrots. I didn't plan on picking anything today, it just sort of happened.

I have the beans, all the small fingertip size carrots, about a half pound of new potatoes and a whole onion in a big pot. Cooking over my propane turkey fryer burner on the back porch.

A lot of the bean pods were very mature so they'll need some time to get tender; two, three hours maybe. And that'll be supper. Beans, carrots, potatoes and onion. Maybe a few eggs for protein.

ETA: I found a lobster mushroom in the woods. I'll add that to the menu.
