Whatcha Making for Supper?

We’ve recently had butternut squash soup, French onion soup, coconut curry chicken, pork chops with mustard butter and baked apples, roasted tomato soup with salad and garlic bread, and ham hocks and beans.

I made Mississippi Pot Roast with rice and steamed mixed veggies last night. I'm thinking Shephard's Pie for dinner tonight.

Egg salad lol

Had a bunch of old eggs so I hard boiled them all and made a huge batch of egg salad with half of them LOL the other half are still in the fridge. I’ll probably make egg salad with them too but I didn’t want to make too much at once plus I was sick of peeling
