Pork tenderloin tonight with I’m not sure yet, maybe yellow rice and the rest of the coleslaw.

Tacos last night made with leftover prime rib I had in the freezer were so good!

Tonight will be a fish fry using panko, not batter. Rice and asparagus for sides.

Lots of leftover Italian beef in the freezer, so we'll be making IB sandwiches with salad. Also made a fresh batch of gravllax, so I'm sure hors d'oeuvres will be involved.
