I am eating the tortellini one now. I had the potato one the other day. I will eat the wedding one later tonight or tomorrow probably. So far they are all very good LOL

We had manicotti with homemade pasta and some hot Italian sausage. The recipe I used called for the pasta to be made similar to a crepe. It was so easy and so good.

We had meatloaf, corn bread casserole and green beans last night.

Tonight is some French onion sliders thing my daughter is making. We will finish the casserole with.

It was so interesting. The pasta dough is very runny like a thick pancake batter. You put 2 TB in the skillet and spread it to about a 5" circle and let it cook. They said not to turn it, but I did. I was afraid the topside wasn't getting all the way cooked. So, it did turn out with the consistency of a noodle. I was surprised.
